Top team, friendly at reception, friendly during the examinations. Hardly any waiting time or negligible given this high number of people waiting. Results are delivered quickly, sometimes immediately after the examination. In summary: Great!
One day before the confirmed and scheduled examination, I received a rejection saying that my examination was supposedly not possible!!! Information: try the double room Favoriten, it's an unbelievable impudence that you get a referral/diagnosis 4 weeks after making the appointment!!

YOU GET THE X-RAYS AFTER A SHORT WAITING TIME.. U.S. 1 TAN CODE TO DOWNLOAD FROM THE PC FOR THE RESULT. THIS = VERY PRACTICAL. THE WAITING AREA IS LARGE AND IN SEVERAL CLASSES. AREAS DIVIDED WITH ENOUGH SEATING OPTIONS.. ALSO 1 WC.U. 1 toilet for the disabled... THE THE EXAMINATIONS ARE COMPLETED QUICKLY AND YOU GET ORIENTATION OF THE STAFF...THERE IS ONLY 1 COMPLAINT...PARALYZED PATIENTS ARE NOT LIFT FROM THE WHEELCHAIR TO 1 X-RAY TABLE EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE ENOUGH STAFF THERE... ALSO MALE... THERE HAD TO BE 1 PARALYZED FRIEND I DROVE TO WIENERBERG EXTRA WITH 1 FD AND THERE EVEN 1 DOCTOR HELPED HER ON THE TABLE WITH 1 HELPER..
I've been there many times, like again today. I have never had an unfriendly doctor during an examination. All staff are extremely polite and accommodating! Respect and THANK YOU!!

A gentleman (sober and obvious
Smoker who wasn't allowed to smoke) was very upset and insulting today because he couldn't get it without a referral. Everything was explained to him in a friendly, calm manner and even offered that someone could email the transfer from home! 🎩

Been here a few times and have had nothing but the best experiences. The friendly and helpful ladies at the counters and the pleasant atmosphere contribute to the feeling of well-being. And despite the always numerous patients, there are always moderate waiting times. The examinations are also carried out in a pleasant manner. The results are available quickly; I even received them digitally on the same day. I'm glad to have the diagnostic center in the district!
